Utbe’den, İbn Abbâs’tan rivâyete göre, Rasûlullah (s.a.v.), Bedr günü kılıcı Zülfikarı nefel olarak yani ganimet taksimi dışında fazladan olarak almıştı ki bu kılıç Uhud günü hakkında rüya gördüğü kılıçtır. Bu hadis hasen garibtir. Bu şekliyle sadece İbn ebiz Zinad rivâyetiyle bilmekteyiz. İlim adamları beşte birden tenfil meselesinde değişik görüşler ortaya koymuşlardır. Mâlik b. Enes der ki: Rasûlullah (s.a.v.) bütün savaşlarda tenfil yaptığı bana ulaşmadı. Bazı savaşlarda tenfil yaptığını öğrenmiş bulunmaktayım buda ganimetten önce veya sonra devlet başkanının görüşüne göre yaptığı bir uygulamadır. İbn Mansur ise şöyle diyor: Ahmed’e Peygamber (s.a.v.), beşte biri ayırdıktan sonra dörtte birini nefel olarak verirdi dönüşte ise yine beşte birden sonra kalanın üçte birinin verildiğini söylemiştim de o da şöyle dedi: Beşte biri çıkardıktan sonra geriye kalandan tenfil yapardı ve bu tenfil de bu oranları geçmezdi. Tirmizî: Bu hadis İbn’ül Müseyyeb’in görüşüne göre beşte birden yapılan tenfildir. İshâk’ta aynı görüştedir
